JOB DETAILS:
Shandong Taikai Power Engineering Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as TAIKAI), is a Chinese economic entity of independent corporate capacity, which enjoys rights of international engineering contracting and foreign trade as well as import and export of electric products. TAIKAI specializes in international engineering contracting of HV Power Transmission and Transformation projects as well as exporting of complete equipment. The TAIKAI-China CAMC Engineering Co.Ltd Joint Venture has been awarded the contract of Regional Rusumo Falls Hydropower Project-Transmission Lines components-Lot 2 substations (Bugesera and Shango Substations). As a part of consortium, TAIKAI is looking for qualified, self-driven and committed individuals to join in the positions of Drivers. Contract type: Local and Open-ended contract Start Date: As soon as possible .

Job Skills:
• Good conduct demonstrated through a valid certificate of good conduct
• Be familiar with Rwanda roads,
• Must be sober, courteous, honest and of high integrity,
• Good communication skills in both English and Kinyarwanda,
• Professional fluency in oral and written English and Kinyarwanda
• Willing to work long and/or odd hours as duty may demand,
• Able to work with a minimum amount of supervision,
• Able to read maps effectively for directions,
• Good time management skills and judgment,
• Have a basic level of vehicle mechanics

Job Qualifications:
• As an experienced professional Driver, having excellent knowledge of Rwanda driving rules;
• Having a proven track record of working with multicultural people.
• Having at least a secondary school education,
• Having minimum valid Rwanda driving license Level B;
• Relevant job experience of 5 years.
