All bidders are required to submit the following bid documents:  

1. Letter of request for supply addressed to Parish Pastor CECA Mahama
2. The proforma shows the prices
3. The fact that he has a campaign to address
4. Having an account in a bank with technology
5. Having a TIN number from RRA and VAT
6. The fact that he has a document showing that he has no debt to RRA and RSSB for less than 3 months
7. He has cachet and provides EBM invoices
8. He made 2 local decisions and got the job done right
9. Accepting payment via OP
10. Having a business register issued by the RDB of Business shows that the entrepreneur is already doing this work as a tender.
11. A photocopy of the company's identity card or a copy of the legal identity card.
12. Come to the office of the project to visit the samples of shoes and bags for those who want to bid on them, the uniforms will be made for different centers where the children live. The shoes that will be auctioned are the original Nike Air Max shoes, but the visitor must bring the shoes to ensure that the bag is also visited at project RW0771 and the sample visitor must leave a signature in the sample visitor's book. 

Note  : the contractor is allowed to bid for one of the items mentioned above or to bid for all of them, only those who wish to bid for shoes and bags or school uniforms will come to the project to see the samples because no one will be allowed to bid before visiting them, the maker of the bidding document will be in vain. 

Bid documents will be sent to the emails   rwcecamahama@gmail.com , and Cuwase@rw.ci.org  from 8/8/2023 to Wednesday 8/23/2023 at 8:00 a.m. when their mail will be opened. The participants will be notified of the results of the bidding on their emails. the opening of the letters is on that day at 8:00 am, which will be done in the office of the project  RW771 MAHAMA .

Note  :

1. The entrepreneur sends his documents to both emails. Whoever sends his document to one email and does not copy the other document will be useless.
