Title Of The Tender: Provisional Of Transport Services Of Inyange Industries Ltd Finished Products Within Kigali And Upcountry.
INYANGE Industries Ltd is a leading food processing company in Rwanda, manufacturing a variety of products under their brand name – “Inyange”.
INYANGE Industries Ltd is intends to sign framework contract with Service Providers for transport of its finished products to facilitate the distribution into different Districts of the Country.
INYANGE Industries Ltd is pleased to invite all transporters to submit their bids for transport of its finished products within Kigali and upcountry.
This tender is composed with three divisible lost, a company may compete to one or all lots and may be award one or all lots:
1. Lot 1: Pick up, Daihatsu & Dina
2. Lot 2: Fuso
3. Refrigerated trucks and insulated milk tank trucks
The tender document may be obtained on any working day from Tuesday, 6th December 2022 at Inyange Industries Procurement Department located at Masaka Head Office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee equivalent to Five Thousand Rwandan Francs only (5,000 RWF) to the account N° 00040-00049853-28 opened at Bank of Kigali in the name of Inyange Industries Ltd.

Submission Procedure
Enquiry regarding this tender may be addressed by writing through the same above email not later than 7 days before the fixed deadline for the submission of required documents at e-mail: inyangeprocurement@inyangeindustries.com. All other requirements regarding this tender are included in the tender documents.
Well printed bids properly sealed in one original envelop must reach at the address mentioned above not later than Tuesday, 20th December 2022 at 10:00 am at Inyange Industries Ltd offices located at Masaka Road. Only hard copy is accepted, and late bids will be rejected. Note that electronic documents are note accepted and automatically rejected.
Opening of bids will be done in presence of representative that intends to participate in this tender by Inyange Industries team on Tuesday, 20th December 2022 at 10:30 am in their Board room.
The validity of bids shall be 90 days from the date of opening of technical proposals.
