• Defining job description & requirements
• Selecting & using the right sourcing channels for each job
• Ensuring a proper screening, filtering and shortlisting of applicants
• Follow-up of shortlisted candidates, Interviews & Job Status
• Conducting Interviews
• Headhunting
• Preparing the recruitment reports
Job Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment only
• Strong Professional Network
• Strong Communication Skills
• Fluent in English
Salary Range:
200,000 - 400,000 Rwf
