Ubumwe Grande Hotel, a four-star facility would like to recruit competent and highly motivated staff for the positions below: .

Job Responsibilities:
Swimming Pool
• Clean swimming pool and surrounding environment
• Ensure that swimming pool seats and towels are always clean
• Provide information to guests about the swimming Pool
• Provides life-saving services when required
Fitness centre/Gym
• Organize and lead group exercise sessions
• Schedule sessions for gym visits
• Close Fitness and swimming pool area at night
• Provide information to clients at the Fitness centre

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, communication, the management or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a hotel or busy private company.
• Ability to communicate to guests in at least two languages (English and French)
• Knowledge of hotel products and services is essential.
• Customer service orientation
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Telephone etiquette skills
• Teamwork
• Integrity
• Strong physically.
