Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Travel Management, Hospitality management, Finance or Airport Management;
• At least 1 year of work experience in customer care, hospitality management
• Maximum age is 35

Responsibilities
• To undertake day to day facilitation functions at the duty posts;
• To attend VIP / Customers and provide services as required;  Handling face-to-face enquiries from customers;
• Handling face to face enquiries from customers

• Complies at all times with all company issued policies, Standard Operating Procedures and processes including those addressing the requirements of regulators and the Safety Management System.
