BACKGROUND

AXON Tunga is a company that delivers microfinance services. AXON Tunga Microfinance would like to hire competent and motivated Sales Agents with an experience of product selling. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business, commerce, marketing and management from a reputable university
  
• At least 2 years of progressive experience in banking, Microfinance, product selling, etc.
  

Knowledge and Skills

• Determined personality combined with innovative spirit ;
  
• Extensive experience in customer service provision and training
  
• Excellent organization, delegation and time management skills.
  
• Knowledge of local Banking Act, the Financial Services Act, central bank banking compliance regulations, banking, and business law, bank operational policies and procedures.
  
• Ability to conceptualize and formulate a business/marketing strategy
  
• In-depth knowledge of product ranges and services and the ability to recommend changes to meet customer needs
  
• Ability to set, monitor and assess achievement against performance targets and quality standards
  
• Intermediate skills in computer operations,
  
• A commitment to the development of products for low-income earners, with a particular focus on the needs of women
  
• Knowledge of selling practices
  
• Ambitious personality
  
• Positive attitude
