JOB DETAILS:
• A Teacher in Kindergarten and Elementary (middle class )
• Ecole Chez les Bien-Aimés is located at Kicukiro-Kanombe – Busanza KK 20 Avenue. It is a kindergarten-elementary school with a French-speaking program offering education based on the active method "learning by doing" and on Christian and human values.
• We are looking for a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher an Elementary (Middle School) Teacher to join our qualified teaching team.
• You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a comprehensive instructional plan based on the needs of your class. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and education to students while helping them to develop their personality and skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work and their ability to reach out to students. He or she will be distinguished by his ability to establish a relationship of mutual trust. He must know how to organize his class and make learning a simple, interesting and meaningful process.
• The aim is to help cultivate students' interest in learning and to be their dedicated ally in the entire development process while instilling the appropriate discipline

Responsibilities
• Present lessons holistically and use all means to facilitate learning
• Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
• Create and distribute educational content (setting up workshops, notes, summaries, assignments, etc.)
• Assess and record student progress and provide grades and feedback
• Keep the classroom clean and orderly
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents and administration and participate in scheduled meetings
• Plan and execute classroom and outdoor educational activities and events
• Observe and understand student behavior while reporting suspicion of neglect, abuse, etc.
• Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by participating in training, etc.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a teacher
• Have an excellent command of the oral and written French language
• In-depth knowledge of pedagogical best practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Well organized and dedicated
• Creative and energetic
• Strong moral values and sense of discipline
• Degree in teaching or a specialized subject with a certificate in education
