TITLE OF THE TENDER: ACQUISITION OF ONE (1) TRUCK WITH A CRANE

The WASAC UTILITY LTD (hereinafter called "Client" funded by WASAC Utility Budget towards the cost of ACQUISITION OF ONE TRUCK WITH A CRANE. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding document is issued.

The WASAC Utility invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the tender for Acquisition of one truck with a Crane as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.

5. All bids "shall" be accompanied by an original Bid Security from Bank or any other financial institution of Three Million Rwandan Francs (3,000,000Frw).

7. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies, one of which is the original must reach the address mentioned above not later than 13/02/2024 at 10:00 am Local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of their submission.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 13/02/2024 at 10:30 am Local time.

The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
