Advertising Associate
Co-Founder At One Percent Club
At the moment we are in the process of expanding our E-commerce channels in entire Rwanda starting from Kigali city, and we are expecting to have few candidates as Advertising Associates. If you are good at marketing that will be an advantage for you in our interview process.
Before you start working with us, there will be a learning process for you to go through which will give you a proper knowledge and understanding about our e-commerce project we are implementing in Rwanda.
After the learning process we will interview you. Based on your understanding and clarity, we will interview you in order to select few candidates to proceed further with our e-commerce project in Rwanda.

Responsibilities
• Understand our end to end process and strategies of our project.
• Re-structure our marketing process.
• Help to create new internet based Marketing tools.
• Help to implement our e-commerce based strategies to increase exposure.
• Help to develop new marketing strategies & Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or any degree higher
• Good / better English communication Skills
• Teamwork, Leadership and Management skills.
• You must be confident & self-assured in your approach.
• Must be a person who Thinks out of the box
• Must be Confident in communication
• you must have a strong internet connection with high speed data speed.
