Pact Rwanda through its ITSCI Project (International Tin Supply Chain Initiative) would like to provide motorcycle transportation for its employees working in the following Eastern Province Sectors:

Motorists must meet the following requirements:

• Being a Rwandan
• Having a motorcycle that is less than three (3) years old
• Having a valid vehicle (photocopy to be sent to Pact Rwanda office or email:  pactrwanda@pactworld.org )
• Possession of a motorcycle driving license, Category A (photocopy to be provided at Pact Rwanda office or email:  pactrwanda@pactworld.org )
• Having a document of RURA and of the Organization where he is located (a photocopy can be sent to the office of Pact Rwanda or to the email:  pactrwanda@pactworld.org )
• Having a motorcycle with Insurance and a Carte jaune (a photocopy can be sent to the Pact Rwanda office or by email:  pactrwanda@pactworld.org )
• Having a registered motorcycle (the agreement will be made between Pact Rwanda and the owner of the vehicle) 

Note  

• Each Motorist is allowed to drive in only one District and resides in that District. The prices that will be received are those of the motorist who will show that he agrees to drive in all sectors of the District where he lives.
• A motorist is not allowed to drive a Pact Rwanda employee who has been drinking alcohol, talking on the phone while driving and smoking.
• The motorcycle must not be driven by anyone other than Pact Rwanda unless Pact Rwanda is notified prior to work.

Work start and end times

The driver will start work whenever needed from 6:00 in the morning (6:00) until the Pact Rwanda employee finishes his work before 2:00 in the evening (20:00).

Payment method

The money will be paid every month according to the trips the motorist will have taken the Pact Rwanda employee. The receipt will come with a sheet that shows the dates, times, name and signature of the carrier. Payment will be made within five days through the motorist's account or through mobile money (MoMo).

Those who wish to do this work should submit the prices and documents mentioned above to the office of Pact Rwanda located in Nyarugenge District or send to the following email:  pactrwanda@pactworld.org , no later than the 3rd of the seventh month 2023 at eleven in the evening.
