NOTICE OF AUCTION

The UMWALIMU SACCO cooperative  informs all interested and capable people that it will sell at auction its house located in the plot with UPI No:  3/04/02/01/1534 and  UPI No:  3/04/02/01/1535  located in Nyabihu District  , Jenda Sector  , Bukinanyana  Village,  Bugarama Village ;

The auction is scheduled for 13/12/2024 at four in the morning (10:00am) where the building is located in Nyabihu District and at Umwalimu SACCO headquarters in Remera near REB, those who wish to buy the house will use the method of bringing sealed envelopes include the price they want to pay for the house and the payment method;

The winner of the house is requested to immediately pay  10%  non-refundable of the price of the house that will be purchased using a savings check or cash and the remaining amount will be paid no later than fifteen  (15) days  from the day of the auction;

The envelopes will be opened in public at 4:30 am ( 10:30 am)  .

Visits to the house are scheduled every day from Monday to Friday during business hours from 2:00 am to 5:00 pm  (8:00am – 5:00pm);
