JOB DETAILS:
The role holder will have experience with a variety of project deliverables. The role holder will have clear communication and graphic skills is collaborative and has experience in sectors with various brands. The role holder will have experience in several projects and construction types and has a track record for delivering excellent project results .

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for supporting the delivery of the project design against time, cost, and quality to the Project Board
• Create design plans, projections and clear documentation under
• Manager access to the designs and ensure correct versions are utilized • Accountable for all design project documentation as stated in the Project Charter
• Assist the planning of the designs and work with the Principal Architect to ensure deadlines will be met
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve the designs and reduce costs during the course of the project, as appropriate
• Ensure adherence to all Health and Safety standards and Quality Assurance standards and report issues
• Ensure appropriate permits are obtained
• Heading Site Meetings
• Ensure training and development is technical

Key Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Are proficient in Revit, AutoCAD
• Minimum 7 years’ experience working in an architectural, construction, engineering office
• Demonstrate the ability to create architectural design solutions while working within tight timeframes
• Have expertise in developing design drawings and construction documents
• Work collaboratively with the design team and consultants through all the project phases
• Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data and interpretation
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Networking and interpersonal skills
• Presentation skills, able to explain concepts, design drawings and construction documents concisely and accurately
• Able to develop cooperative relationships with department heads
• Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
• Are licensed/pursuing license in your home jurisdiction
