1. Horizon Construction Ltd informs the public that it will auction some of its used equipment, including various types of vehicles, machines, asphalt production machines, concrete batching plants, and other items.

2. The vehicles and other various equipment are located in Busanza near the Military Camp in Kanombe, in Kinyinya (where the asphalt and concrete batching machines are located), in Mageregere, and at the stone-crushing facility in Ruhanga, along with other diverse equipment.

3. Interested individuals can inspect the equipment at these locations on any day starting from November 4, 2024, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

4. The auction for items located in Busanza will take place on November 12 and 13, for the asphalt batching plants and other concrete machines located in Kinyinya on November 14, 2024, and for the stone shaping and cutting and other equipment in Mageregere on November 15, 2024. The auction for the equipment in Ruhanga will take place on November 16, 2024. Each auction will start at 9:00 AM.

5. Anyone interested in participating in the auction must register by making a deposit of 500,000 Rwandan Francs to secure their participation. Payments for items in Kinyinya, Mageraere and Ruhanga should be made to ZIGAMA CSS Account No. 7022280: HORIZON CONST KINYINYA PRODUCTION, while payments for items in Busanza should be made to ZIGAMA CSS Account No. 7022859: HORIZON CONSTRUCTION-EED.

6. The winning bidder must pay 30% of the bid amount immediately, with the remaining 70% to be paid within 48 hours. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in the forfeiture of the 30% initial deposit. The auctioned items must be collected within five (5) days. If not collected within this period, the buyer will incur a penalty of 10% of the purchase price per day.
