JOB DETAILS:
1. Elaborate the annual plan of blood collection activities
2. Plan weekly and monthly activities related to blood donor mobilization;
3. Organize contact networks necessary for blood donor mobilization activities;
4. Develop partnership with schools, churches, public and private organization and local government authorities to promote regular blood donation;
5. Prepare relevant tools for blood donor mobilization campaign;
6. Organize conferences and other meetings for donor mobilizations;
7. Organize regular meetings and conferences in schools(secondary and universities), keep a tag with them out of schools and during holidays;
8. Elaborate weekly and monthly schedule for blood collections, taking in account needs in blood for transfusion;
9. Perform the pre-donation counseling and blood donor education;
10. Perform blood donor recruitment in the area served by the RCBT;
11. Participate in the elaboration of documents needed for donor recruitment and donor selection,
12. Ensure compliance with quality requirements in his/her service;
13. Perform any other duties as assigned by hierarchical supervisors;
