Call For Offer For Consultancy To Conduct Baseline Survey, Conduct Mid-term Evaluation And End-line Evaluation For Different Development Clusters Of InterventioNS

FH Association Rwanda (Food for the Hungry) is an International Christian Relief and Development Non-governmental organization. FH Rwanda has been implementing integrated relief and development projects in Rwanda since 1994. FH Rwanda currently has programs in Nyagatare, Gatsibo, Kamonyi, Muhanga, Ruhango and Ngororero districts. FH Rwanda has adopted an integrated programming approach CFCT (Child Focused Community Transformation) through 4 sectors: Livelihoods, Education, Health, and Disaster Risk Reduction.

Food for the Hungry Rwanda is looking for a competent consultant firm to conduct baseline survey, conduct Mid-term Evaluation, and end-line evaluation for different development clusters of interventions. This call for proposal is open on equal terms to all eligible and experience consultant firms in Rwanda.

All those interested by this invitation are requested to collect the terms of reference at the headquarter office of Food for the Hungry/ Rwanda located at Umuyenzi Plaza, Remera Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali City between 7th January 2022 to 18th January 2022.

Due to the increase of COVID19 cases in the country and in order to continue prevent spreading of Covid-19 pandemic. Please be informed that bids submission will be done electronically at this email address: fhr-tendercommittee@fh.org

The deadline for bidders to start submitting their bids is from 19th January 2022 to 21st January 2022 not later than 5 PM local hour. Bids which will submitted before that date and after the deadline date and time will not be considered.

The opening of the bids will take place in a separate session due to the social distancing requirements in order to prevent spreading of Covid-19 pandemic. Communication of the opening result will be shared through e-mail to the bidders.
