Call For Tenders For The Assets Valuation And Codification Services
The Bible Society of Rwanda is pleased to invite eligible valuers to the submission of quotations for Assets valuation and Codification services.

The planned properties for the service are as forth:
• Valuation of land located at Masoro with UPI 1/02/11/04/2388
• Valuation of headquarters building in the UPI 1/02/07/01/1079
• Valuation of land buildings next to BSR headquarters with UPI 1/02/07/01/192
• Valuation and Codification of movable assets in BSR headquarters

Minimum requirements:
• Updated Membership certificate from Institute of Real Property Valuers in Rwanda
• Prior experiences in similar assignements performed in at least two recognized organizations (proven by related documents)
• Demonstrate skills, capacity, level of relevant knowledge, and experience of the team assigned the above work
• Provide a work plan

Submission Procedure
The interested Valuers/ companies shall submit their quotations (One copy in orignal with its four copies) to the BSR Offices at Kacyiru-Gasabo (KG 571, ST 22) not later than January 07, 2021 at 10:00 AM Local time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend 30 minitues after the submission deadline.
