CALL FOR A PROPOSAL FOR "FEASIBILITY STUDY AND ARCHITECT DESIGN OF PUBLIC BUILDING OF RWANDA MEDICAL AND DENTAL COUNCIL"

Rwanda Medical and Dental Council (RMDC) is seeking a consultant to make a propos- al for it's building as mentioned in the subject. The consultant must be a firm or indi- vidual holding a certification of registration from the Rwanda Institute of Architecture (RIA) qualified and experienced in building design. Proof of previous similar works and client references must be provided.

All bids will be submitted at the Secretariat of RMDC located in Gasabo District, Rem- era Sector, Plot Number 24, Street 169, Kisimenti-Sonatube stoned road, opposite to the Remera Adventist Church.

A compulsory visit to the site guided by the RMDC officials shall take place on Novem- ber 24th, 2023 from 10:00 am at the Headquarters of RMDC.

Deadline of submission: December 15h, 2023 at 10h00 am local time. All bids will be opened in public on the same day at 10:30 am, local time.

Interested bidders are requested to get the Terms of Reference at the RMDC Head offices any time during working hours after showing a bank slip of non-reimbursable 10,000 FRW paid at the RMDC bank Account No 00040-00282401-67, opened in Bank of Kigali.
