To   be   a   good    accountant,    you    do    not   only   need accounting qualifications but also hands-on experience in the works of an accountant. Universal Experts center has partnered with a number of Financial Consultants to conduct hands-on trainings for financial accountants in Applied Accounting Practice. Our training programs are designed to make you job-ready. All the training is delivered on a One to One basis and is Hands-On. You will work on Real Company Files under the supervision of Qualified Accountants.

 With the right skills and practical experience in accounting, you would be able to fast track your career in Accountancy field, and precisely that's where we can fill the gap. • Ensuring compliancy with all statutory requirements
• Manage the accounting function appropriately
• Handling Multiple currencies transactions
• Preparation and accounting of Payroll
• Bank Reconciliation for local and foreign currencies
• Stock Management
• Fixed Assets Management
• Accounting and declaration of essential taxes (VAT,CIT,PAYE,Pension,Maternity,WHT-15%,WHT-30%,CBHI etc..)
• Application of selected accounting standards
• Computerised accounting with different accounting software
• Manufacturing(Assembly and Stocking)
• Analysis of Financial statements
• Preparing budgets and different forecasts

5. Training outcome

 After successfully attending our training you will start your duties in Accountancy in the following ways:

• Posting supplier invoices and expense forms
• Posting Customer invoices and expense forms
• Recording credit notes
• Processing bank payments and receipts
• Dealing with different currencies
• Bank transfers
• Bank reconciliation
• Entries of Bank and Petty cash transactions into the accounting system
• Preparing month end reconciliations
• Preparing VAT returns and submit to the Revenue Authority
• Journal Entries – Accrual and prepayments
• Preparing payroll
• Depreciation, Loan interest and Reversals
• Profit and loss account, Balance Sheet
• Self-Assessment

6. Duration and Training fee

 Our training fee is 150,000 Rwf per individual for the entire period of 30 days guided training. For large teams and institution based training, the group price is negotiable.

7. CPA, CIFA, CCP and CAT August 2021 exams preparation

 Our Professional courses program was launched in 2016 to shape the career of Finance and accountancy through professional courses training to name few, CPA, CAT, CIFA, CCP, and ATD courses. Our program is affordable (40,000 Rwf per paper in Lower and intermediate levels, 50,000 Rwf in advanced levels), recurrent and is linked to examining bodies calendar.
