CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR GAS ENGINEERING SERVICES

GALIL RWANDA LTD, is a private company limited per shares incorporated under the laws of Rwanda, to carry on the business of construction of utility projects; manufacture of gas, distribution of gaseous fuel through mains; construction of roads and railways; other specialized construction activities; etc.

This call for expression of interest intends to conclude an agreement with a local professionally qualified, and competent company, specialized in gas engineering to perform gas engineering services in compliance with the terms and conditions hereto related, for a gas extraction project in Lake Kivu-Rwanda.

The gas engineering company shall deliver to GALIL RWANDA Ltd the following services:

Piping design for natural gas

Stress analysis for pipe systems and pressure tanks design

Suprem supervision in all the above-mentioned subjects

Marine engineering and mooring systems design

The gas engineering company shall meat the following requirements:

• At least 15 years of experience in natural gas projects.

At least 10 years of experience in construction projects, with extensive piping and machinery works;

At least 10 years of experience in working on international projects with strict standards and procedures;

5 to 10 years EPC project type experience

Must be able to rapidly adapt to changing circumstances and needs.

3 years Marine works and marine engineering experience

The gas engineering company which intends to express its interest shall be locally registered in line to the Rwandan Laws and regulations.

One gas engineering company will be selected on merit basing on fulfilment of qualifications and experience requirements.

Interested gas engineering companies are invited to submit detailed proposals (no more than 10 pages, A4 size) including CVs and evidences of qualifications and experience.
