CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR LOCAL MANUFACTURERS OF PHARMACEUTICALS AND HEALTH COMMODITIES

Rwanda Medical Supply Limited (RMS Ltd) is a government-owned corporation in Rwanda. It was established to ensure the availability of health commodities for the public health sector in the country. RMS Ltd manages the entire health supply chain, including the procurement, storage, and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to public health institutions

In line with our commitment to promote made in Rwanda products, RMS is seeking to establish strategic partnership with local manufacturers for pharmaceuticals and health commodities, and in this regards, is inviting expressions of interest from local manufacturers who produce health commodities.

Manufacturers are requested to submit the following documents along with their expression of interest:

• Letter of expression of interest
• Company profile including your manufacturing capabilities and facilities
• A valid copy of license to operate a wholesale pharmacy issued by RFDA.
• RDB registration certificate
• A list of items that are in their scope of production (products portfolio)

Note: 1.Prices are not required at this stage

Following your expression of interest, a shortlist of local manufacturers will be compiled, thereafter, RMS will be inviting you in mini competition whenever there is a need of your products and establish a contract with successful bidder(s).

This is an opportunity to collaborate with RMS ensuring that your products contribute to the health and well-being of the Rwandan population.

Manufacturers are requested to submit their expressions of interest along with the required documents at the reception of the address below; not later than 05/09/2024
