Dear Esteemed Bidders,

The National Pharmacy Council (NPC), an independent statutory regulatory organization responsible for the regulation of the pharmacy profession in Rwanda, is preparing for its 12^th General Assembly. This significant one-day event, scheduled for November 8, 2024 in the City of Kigali, will convene over five hundred (500) participants from various sectors within the healthcare industry.

To ensure the success of this important assembly, the NPC is seeking to partner with a reputable and experienced hotel in the City of Kigali. The selected hotel must be fully compliant with the Laws of Rwanda and capable of hosting and accommodating our distinguished attendees.

1. Venue Requirements and Specifications

Interested hotels may obtain detailed specifications and venue requirements from the National Pharmacy Council office:

• Location: 4th Floor, MIC Building, KN2 Avenue, Nyarugenge, Kigali
• Collection Hours: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Thursday
• Or by Email Requests at rwandanpc@gmail.com

2. Submission Guidelines

• Submission Format: Well-printed, properly bound bids in three (3) copies. One copy marked "Original" with the mention "Hotel services."
• Deadline: Friday, August 16, 2024, at 11:00 AM. Late bids will be rejected.
• Public Opening: 11:30 AM on the same day at the NPC Board Room (address provided above).
• Envelope Instructions
  • Inner envelopes should contain the company's name and address.
  • All copies should be enclosed in an outer envelope clearly marked with the tender reference number and addressed as follows:
