Call for Proposals: Design and Production of Bib Numbers and Number Plates for the 2025 UCI Road World Championships
Dear Sir/Madam,
The Rwanda Cycling Federation (FERWACY) invites qualified and experienced companies to submit proposals for the design, printing, and supply of rider bib numbers and bicycle number plates for the 2025 UCI Road World Championships, taking place in Kigali from 21st to 28th September 2025. As the first UCI Road World Championships to be held on the African continent in 125 years, this landmark event offers a unique opportunity for professional suppliers to contribute to its success through the delivery of high-quality, durable rider identification materials that meet international standards.
We are looking for a reliable partner with proven experience in producing race bibs and number plates for international sporting events, adhering to UCI standards and capable of handling large-volume production within tight timelines.

10 sets of one number plate from #1 to #200 for RR races (2 000 units total)
10 000 zip zip ties (to install the number plates on the bikes)
The number plates must be printed on both sides and measure 13cm wide by 9cm high.

DELIVERY TIMELINE
A first test batch is expected to be delivered on Monday 4 August. The whole production must be delivered by Friday 22 August the latest.
