This training is meant for younger entrepreneurs, supervisors & Aspirant Business Managers, it will boast confidence for younger Managers, identify gaps & Increase knowledge by looking into real world examples, Provide knowledge on how to get in-charge, how to move from doing the work to Controlling and Managing others, it will provide practical knowledge on Business Negotiation and Influencing Skills to achieve better business results.

 The package includes Strategy, Business Model and tactics,Value creation, Business Model Re -invention, Leadership Principles & Negotiation skills.

The Training is offered as a package in 5 days (evening program) but it’s also available separately for those interested in any one of the units, each unit is delivered in one day.

The training fee is RWF 100,000 per person including training fee, venue and applicable taxes.
