Grow Movement is a UK-based organization offering business coaching programs for entrepreneurs across the world, from Africa, South Asia, and the USA.

The Grow Movement promotes economic development by supporting and partnering with strong entrepreneurs and leaders to build strong businesses that transform their economies and create jobs. In today’s world of borders closed by diseases and division and climate change hitting the world hard, the Grow Movement’s task is ever more urgent.

Grow volunteer coaches are:

Grow Movement coaches/ mentors are from over 60 countries around the world. Currently, 49% (UK);11% (USA); EU (10%), and Africa (6%) offer you free coaching and mentoring to help grow your business. They are experienced, professional business people who would like to share their skills, they come from global firms and top business schools. Working with them will help to improve your business, increase profitability and create new jobs in your community. 

BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAMME

• 8-10 weeks of one-on-one coaching and consulting opportunities with international experts’ customized business consulting and coaching specific to your business and individual needs and opportunities.
• A business coach provides support, accountability, and motivation (especially when you need it most) ultimately supporting you, your team and your business to grow
• An opportunity to work with a team of teams of 1-5 business coaches and mentors working with your Coaches or mentors to solve your business challenge or deliver an opportunity at hand.

 CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY  

To be enrolled in Grow Movement´s virtual consulting/coaching program you have to be: 

• African entrepreneur with an existing business with active operations of 1 year and above, however, if it is a newly established business it should have sales for not less than 6 months.
• Can speak and write English!
• Able to access the internet and a smartphone.
• Access to a computer is an added advantage
• The applicant should be full-time with the business or should have a business partner that is full-time in the business and can participate in the program.
• Time available for the program for at least 8-10 weeks of sessions from Mid- June 2023
• A principled leader who; keeps time, is a good communicator, completes assignments and projects, is committed to your business, you are available to work, and attends weekly or bi-weekly sessions with a Coach (es)/ mentor (s) attached to you for 3-4 Months.
• Committed to completing all the sessions with your coach(es) in any circumstances including the country and Time zone differences.
• Having a positive mind and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ready to learn and implement the learning
• Ready to share your impact experience with the world after the program.
• Being open and honest with your coach
• Grow Movement assesses all potential entrepreneurs. Dedication, motivation, and ambition are key to your success.
• You should not apply if you are looking for financial support: Money from program, we do not give money, however, we give strategies, tools, and ideas on access to investment 

NB:  

After applying to Grow Movement, you will be interviewed by Grow Movement Project Manager, once selected, you will be matched with a Grow volunteer coach (es) / mentor (s). Your volunteer coach(es) / mentor (s) will be experienced business professional(s) and they could be based anywhere in the world and are excited to learn with you!
