The Programme Benefits:
• 10 weeks project designed to help your enterprise/organization address its challenges in a post-Covid-19 world.
• Project teams of 1-5 business consultants/coaches and mentors working as your personal consultants/Coaches/mentors to solve your business challenge or deliver an opportunity at hand.

• One-on-One customized business consulting and coaching specific to your business and individual needs.
• An opportunity to work with business consultants/coaches and mentors from all over the world, representing a broad spectrum of business and cultural backgrounds.
• Engage with a diverse group of talented business consultants/ coaches who will support you in developing and shaping the strategies of businesses in today’s world.
• In addition, you will also become part of Grow Movement’s extensive network of alumni and corporate partners, helping you to develop your own network and raise awareness of your enterprise/organisation as a potential employer and partner.
• Programme Certificate and much more.

Criteria For Eligibility
To be enrolled in Grow’s virtual consulting/coaching program you have to be:
• An East African entrepreneur with existing business operations.
• Available during the agreed time with your volunteer consultant according to the action plan you and the consultant/coach will agree on.
• A principled leader who; keeps time, is a good communicator, completes assignments and projects, is committed to your business, you are available to work, and attends weekly or bi-weekly sessions with a consultant(s)/ Coach (es) attached to you for 3-4 Months.
• Committed to completing all the sessions with your consultant(s) in any circumstances including the country and Time zone differences.
• Able to access the internet and a mobile phone.
• Having a positive mind and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ready to share your impact experience with the world after the program.
After applying to Grow Movement, you will be interviewed by Inspire Dreams & Startups Organisation, a Grow local partner. Once selected, you will be matched to a Grow volunteer consultant (s) /Coach (es). Your volunteer consultant (s) /Coach (es) will be experienced business professionals (s) and they could be based anywhere in the world and are excited to learn with you!
