Prepare basic financial statements
• Statements of financial position
• Income statements and statements of comprehensive income
• Disclosure notes
• Events after the reporting period
• Statements of cash flows

TAXATION
• Assess and put in place procedures to comply with Corporate tax

• Prepare and submit, periodically and as per the tax laws, a comprehensive report on
general accounts as well as on fiscal accounts
• Make all adjustments needed of the Income statements and translate the accounting
profit into taxable profit
• Reconciliation of E-Billing Sales and ERP Next (accounting) Sales
PAYE
• Permanent employees

• RSSB (Pension and Maternity)
• Motor Vehicle Tax
VAT
• Good computation and distinction between Exempted, Export, Tax Zero sales and VAT taxable sales
• Good control and computation of deductible VAT on local Purchases, VAT on Import, Retained VAT
Other Tax
• Trade License
• District taxes
• And other duties related to the accounting, taxation, and finance of the company.
REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS:
• Hold a university degree in a relevant discipline (Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, etc.) and Part or fully qualified in CPA, ACCA.
• Good knowledge and experience of local tax regulations
• Good knowledge of accounting applications and preferably ERP Next
• Proven working experience in an accounting department preferably in a private sector company for at least 3 years
• Fluent in English
• Well organized and flexible
