JOB DETAILS:
Chief Finance and Administration Manager Kigali Rwanda ICM Rwanda Agribusiness Limited (Lucki Rice) is seeking for an experienced multi-skilled Finance Manager to be responsible for a range of financial, taxation, administrative, and company secretarial duties and assist our executive group based in Kigali, Rwanda. The business is an established agriculture venture in Rwanda focused on rice production and retailing operating on all levels of the value chain, this varied role in a small friendly office will suit an organized and pro-active professional with an eye for detail. The successful candidate must be prepared to work in a business with strong professional and social values. .

  Job Responsibilities:
• Key member of the management team to lead, develop staff and be a mentor to other
• Direct, administer and coordinate the daily activities of the finance department and financial operations
• To lead and manage the preparation, consolidation and distribution of monthly profit and loss, balance sheet, cash-flow reports, and annual budgets.
• To manage and prepare the group's annual statutory financial reports in conjunction with external auditors.
• The analysis and interpretation of results, and the preparation of financial and operating statistical reports to provide a basis for management planning, operating controls, and business performance
• Manage the company's local tax
• Manage the treasury and company secretarial requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors on financial and taxation
• Manage the company treasury and liaise with external banke
• Liaise with Government Departments on statutory matters.

  Job Qualifications:
• The position requires a professionally qualified accountant with significant financial and tax experience, with a minimum of 5 +years progressively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or any other Business-related field
• A master’s degree in Finance or MBA is also highly desirable.
• Professional Qualification such as ACCA or CPA
• Advanced practical knowledge of SAGE and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is essential.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact with employees from the board room down to operational staff and conduct dealings with external bankers and auditors.
