TITLE: CLEANING SERVICES ON RPC Ltd PREMISES
CLIENT: RWANDA PRINTERY COMPANY Ltd

1.Rwanda Printery Company Ltd (RPC) invites qualified bidders to submit bids for cleaning services at RPC Ltd premises as indicated in details from the tender document. (One Lot)

2.Tender documents may be obtained on any working day from 8:00am-4:00pm at RPC Ltd Procurement Office from 26/08/2021 upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of five thousand Rwanda francs (5000 Rwf) deposited at No. 00040 063643744 for Rwanda Printery Company Ltd opened in Bank of Kigali (Bk). The bank slip must show the following information

“DAO /RPC/Proving Cleaning Services, No 3 /OCB/2021/OB/RPC/August /2021”

3. All bids will be submitted in hard copies at RPC Ltd Head Office in Procurement Office.

4. Compulsory site visit is scheduled on 31/August 2021 and will be conducted by the representative of Rwanda Printery Company Ltd “RPC starting time 09:30am to 10:00 at RPC Ltd Premises.

5. Well Printed bids written in English, properly bounded and presented in three copies “One of which is Original “must reach Rwanda Printery Company Ltd not later than 7/09/2021 at 2:00Pm. Late bids shall be rejected

6. Bids will be opened in RPC Ltd Boardroom in the presence of all Bidders at 3:00Pm
