INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB)
Cleaning Services for NEC HQ offices
1. The National Electoral Commission (NEC) invite bidders for the Provision of Annual Cleaning Services inside of the administrative offices of NECHQ
2. Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field.
3. Tender Documents may be obtained in the system Umucyo.gov.rw from 01/09/2020
4. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 300,000
5. All interested bidders are invited to make site visits which will take place on 21/09/2020at 10:00am.
6. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the National Electoral Commission through the system
7. Well attached bids, must be attached and submitted in the system not later than 01/10/2020; 12:00 p.m.local time
8. Bids will be opened in the system umucyo.gov.rw on the same day, at 12:30 pm local time
9. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 62/2018 of 25/08/2018 on Public Procurement.
10. Proof of payment of 5000rwf of tender document .
