Communication and a Navigation Engineer
Horizon Group Ltd is a private company established in 2007 by the Government of Rwanda to contribute to the accelerated socio-economic transformation of Rwanda. The Group would focus on those critical sectors of the Rwandan economy where local private players are less willing or unable to venture. Currently, Horizon Group consists of four (04) established subsidiary companies: Horizon Construction Ltd, Horizon Sopyrwa Ltd, Horizon Logistics, and Green Rock Iwacu Ltd. The company has also entered into strategic partnerships that have seen the creation of Joint Ventures Companies including AgroPy Ltd for value addition to pyrethrum, S&H Industries Ltd, and Afriprecast Ltd for Manufacturing of construction materials.

With the view to enhancing Local capacity to deliver infrastructure projects, Horizon Group wishes to recruit professionals in the Communicationand a Navigation Candidates who wish to apply for these opportunities must fulfil the following Requirements;

Communicationand a Navigation Engineer(02)
• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering or electronics engineering.
• Minimum of three (03) years of professional experience in radio communications, transmitters, duplexers, and receivers.
• Strong knowledge of Very High Frequency (VHF), High Frequency (HF) radio communications.
• Wireless and mobile communications,
• Knowledgeable in Satellite communication and data link technologies.
• Having a certificate in Computer networking, being certified in advanced networking constitutes an advantage;
• Voice and data Communication background,
• Having practical knowledge on soldering and de-soldering,
• Certified in Navigation aids or Ground-Air VHF Radio transceivers constitutes an advantage,
• Wireless and mobile communications,
• Having a certificate in any of CNS airport facilities constitutes an added advantage,
• An Application Letter addressed to the CEO, Horizon Group Ltd
• A Comprehensive CV with three Referees
• Copies of Academic and Professional Certificates
• Photocopy of Identity Card
