Duhozanye Organization invites national eligible bidders/Companies to bid for the tender to conduct a baseline survey to assess the status of governance, gender equality and women empowerment, and Access to justice in Nyanza district. The competition is open to all local eligible bidders/companies.

Submission Procedure
Interested bidders /companies can obtain the terms of reference containing detailed requirements and conditions for participation through email infos.duhozanye@gmail.com or at Duhozanye office based as Save in Gigagara District from 28th March 2022 upon presentation of a pre-paid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 0023907002-21 opened in I&M Bank in the names of Association Duhozanye Funds Internal Income
Quotations should be submitted before the deadline of 8th March 2022at 5h00 PM. Quotation should be submitted in hard copy at Duhozanye office with the Title reference: Conducting the baseline survey for PPIMA program in Nyanza District 001/DHZ /2022. Any other form of submission will not be accepted late quotation or portion of quotations shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
