TENDER NOTICE - INVITATION FOR BIDS

TENDER TITLE:
OPEN TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD, CONFERENCE HALL, LATRINES, AND FACILITY REHABILITATION IN KIZIBA, MAHAMA, ETM GASHORA AND MUGOMBWA REFUGEE CAMPS.

Tender Number: AUGUST 16, 2024 – ADRA RWANDA

ADRA Rwanda, in partnership with MINEMA and UNHCR, under the project “UBB,” invites eligible bidders to submit their bid offers for the services mentioned above, divided into four lots as detailed below:

• Well-printed, properly bound, and sealed bids, presented in two separate sections (financial and technical), in two copies—one of which must be marked "Original"—must reach ADRA Rwanda’s Head Office at the following address: KG2 567 ST 14, Kacyiru Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali City, P.O. Box 2, Kigali, no later than September 10, 2024,at 10:00 a.m. for Lot 1, Lot 2, and Lot 3, and September 17, 2024, for Lot 4. Late bids will be rejected. The public opening will take place at 10:30 a.m. on the same day
• The copies should be placed in ‘inner envelopes’ bearing the name and address of the company. All copies should then be placed in an outer envelope marked with the reference number of the tender notice and the title of the tender.
• The bids must have a validity period of ninety (90) days from the bid opening date.
• For any inquiries, you may write to procurement@ADRA-Rwanda.org at least one day before the bid submission deadline.
• Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and collect the bidding documents at ADRA Head Office during working hours.
• A complete set of tender documents with all detailed conditions in English can be obtained during working hours from ADRA Rwanda’s Head Office, starting from August 20, 2024.

Site visits are mandatory and are planned as detailed in the table below:

• All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security issued by a bank or an authorized institution approved by the National Bank of Rwanda, using the Bid Security Form included in the bidding documents. The Bid Security amount should be 1,000,000 Rwf for Lot 1, Lot 2, and Lot 3, and 500,000 Rwf for Lot 4. The Bid Security shall remain valid for a minimum of 60 days beyond the bid validity period deadline.
• In case foreign companies participate in this tender, a local preference of 10% shall apply.
