TENDER NOTICE

ADVERTISING OF CONSTRUCTION OF IRISH POTATO SEEDS STORAGE AND GREENHOUSE IN KISARO AND BUSHOKI SECTORS/ RULINDO DISTRICT

The Caritas Byumba (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by EU and RULINDO DISTRICT towards the cost of Construction of Irish potato seeds storage and Greenhouse in Kisaro and Bushoki Sectors.The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the tender of Construction of Irish potato seeds storage and Greenhouse in Kisaro and Bushoki Sectors.

The Caritas Byumba now invites, by the present invitation to tender, sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Construction of Irish potato seeds storage and Greenhouse in Kisaro and Bushoki Sectors.The execution period is “4 months effective from 1^st October 2024”.

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Bidding Documents.

A complete set of tender documents in English may be obtained from Central Secretariat of Caritas Byumba in working hours. For accessing bid documents, all interested bidders must firstly pay a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 20,000) paid to the account of Caritas Byumba N^o20070813007 opened I&M Bank under the name of Diocese Byumba/Fonctionnement.

A site visit is scheduled on 10^thSeptember 2024 and will be conducted by Caritas Byumba. The venue for departure is fixed at 09h00 local time at Caritas Byumba Office

Bids will be submitted to Caritas Byumba Office. The deadline for bids submission is fixed on 13^th September 2024 at 11h00. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11h30.

All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Five million four hundred and six thousand nine hundred eighty-five Rwandan Francs (Rwf 5,406,985) paid also to afore mentioned bank account of Caritas Byumba.

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 on Public Procurement
