REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS

Type of work: Construction of  piped water extensions to connect 5 schools  in  Nyanza and Ruhango district as per the BoQs below.                                            

Living Water International (LWI) is a global non-governmental organization that exists to demonstrate the love of God by helping communities acquire desperately needed clean water, and experience "living water" (the gospel of Jesus Christ) which alone satisfies the deepest thirst. Living Water provides safe drinking water, Christian Witness, Sanitation and Hygiene Education to communities in Rwanda with focus on Nyanza and Ruhango districts and other parts of the country.

Living Water International Rwanda hereby requests the qualified construction companies  to submit Quotations for construction of water supply extensions  to serve schools  and communities in Nyanza and Ruhango districts as detailed in the tables below.

Instructions:

1. Prepare, sign, stump and submit separate quotation for each Lot  (Lot 1 to Lot 5) based on their corresponding  Bills of Quantities
2. Provide the company’s address including the telephone number.
3. Indicate company’s TIN /VAT number on the quotation.
4. Provide the company’s bank account on the quotation.
5. Attach company’s registration certificate.
6. Indicate the time it will take the company  to execute the work.
7. Submit quotations via email  rwanda@water.cc strictly by or before 25^th February 2024; hard copy documents will be rejected.
8. Note that you will be requested to provide other necessary documentation later, after preliminary assessment.
