INVITATION TO BIDDERS

Better World, a Korean International Non-Governmental Organization operating in Rwanda, intends to allocate a portion of its funds for eligible payments under the tender for the construction of a warehouse, cold room, and drying facilities in Munyiginya and Mwulire Sectors, RwamaganaDistrict, as part of the Agriculture Value Chain Enhancement for Women Economic Empowerment Project (AWEE Project).

Through National Competitive Bidding, Better World Rwanda invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit proposals for the construction of these facilities. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Better World Rwanda office in Rwamagana or through email: info.betterworldrwanda@gmail.com

To obtain the tender document, the bidder must submit proof of payment for a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf), starting from 02 May 2025. The payment should be made to Account N° 20041270003, in the name of Better World (KOICA-UPG), at I&M Bank

A site visit is scheduled for 08th May 2025, The departure point is set for 9:00 a.m. at Better World Rwanda Office in Rwamagana District. Bids must be submitted to the project secretariat on or before 15th May 2025, by 10:00 a.m. local time. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of one million Rwandan francs (1,000,000 Rwf).

Bid openings will take place in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 15 May 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time, in the meeting room at Better World Rwanda's office. The outer envelope should indicate the tender name and number.
