TENDER NOTICE

Dear Sir or Madam,

1. Action pour la Protection de l’Environnement et la Promotion des Filières Agricoles (APEFA Rwanda) in partnership with NYANZA District is seeking to develop a harmonized project proposal that will combine measures that will strengthen the climate resilience of the communities in Nyamagana landscape through building sustainable livelihoods . 
2. The Client (APEFA) now would like to engage a consultancy firm accredited to carry out feasibility & technical design study on land use planning and management and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). More details on this tender are provided in the tender document.
3. Tender Documents may be obtained from APEFA Head Office in Kimihurura KN 45 Ave at the reception upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Frw to Account N° 00010-0139286287-81/FRW of APEFA opened at the COGEBANQUE.    
4. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day at APEFA Head Office in Kimihurura between 08h00 and 16h00 
5. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to info@apefarwanda.org and copy to apefarwanda@gmail.com 
6. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 (Three) copies one of which is the original must reach the APEFA Secretariat not later than 23^rd  January 2024 at exactly 11h30.  Late bids will be rejected.
