Requests for proposals and tender documents may be obtained on any working day from the Procurement Division of the National Bank of Rwanda upon presentation of payment proof of a nonrefundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 10,000) to Account N°1266500010001 named BNR Current Account opened at National Bank of Rwanda

Compulsory site visits for provision of gardening services in particular are scheduled on 23 November 2021 at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm local time at BNR Headquarter and Rwamagana respectively, 24"" November 2021 at 10:00 am and 2:30 pm local time at Musanze and Rubavu respectively, 25 November 2021 at 9:00 am and 3:00 pm local time at Huye and Rusiai respectively, and will be conducted by BNR representatives

Bids and technical proposals shall be accompanied by the required bid security in Rwandan Francs or equivalent in a convertible currency.
Well printed proposals and bids properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original must reach to the Procurement Division of the National bank of Rwanda, KN 6 Avenue, 4 Second Floor, not ater than 16 December 2021 at 9:30 am local time Late bids and proposals will be rejected and returned unopened. Bids and technical proposals opening will be conducted on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:00 am local time in the meeting room. The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender title
