The objective of the Call is to attract individuals/consultants who are strongly motivated to undertake consulting responsibilities and are willing to contribute to the HCG ’s mandate through their technical expertise and knowledge. The Call aims to create a pool of qualified applicants that will be hired for consultancy assignments with HCG. Hyper Consulting Group (HCG) looks forward to contracting consultants to perform functions of an advisory or consultative nature related to the work of the company.

Reporting Lines
The consultant (s) will report to an assigned supervisor in the related field of the contracted services

Technical Focus
The consultant(s) will be assigned to different fields of work according to his/her profile and to the needs of the Company. These include:
• Advocacy
• Strategy Development
• Strategic Communications including SBCC and/C4D
• Capacity Building
• Monitoring and Evaluation

Tasks and Responsibilities
• The consultant(s) will perform the functions specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR) prepared by HCG before the beginning of the assignment and agreed by the consultant. Samples of TOR are as follows:
• Provide technical support and advice to Hyper Consulting Group (HCG) in relation to the management and performance of the contracted services;
• Prepare various written outputs, e.g. respond to the call for proposals, conduct context analysis, draft background papers, analyse the ToRs for the call for proposals, develop sections of the call for proposals, reports and studies and others;
• Collect, review/cross check and/or analyse relevant advocacy, strategy development, Strategic Communication, and Capacity building information to support delivery of a winning proposal, assignment or else in line with contractual obligations;
• Participate on multi-disciplinary project/work teams;
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the activities/projects of undertaken or pursued by HCG;
• Contribute to the development of proposals, information, training materials, and coordinates and assists in the presentation of such information during the bidding process to service buyers/or else to HCG management and staff.

Candidates Will Be Assessed Against the Following
Minimum Requirements
• Advanced university degree in a related field highlighted by the company
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in a related field highlighted by the company
• Technical knowledge and expertise in the field applied for.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required for all the fields. Knowledge of French is an added advantage.
