EPC Africa Group is a diversified conglomerate with subsidiary companies operating in the power generation, transmission, distribution and related constructions and general trading industries. The company has been in operation for over 10 years and has experienced significant growth during this time. However, due to changes in the business environment, the company is facing various challenges that require a thorough analysis to identify areas for improvement from the internal controls design and operating effectiveness as well as improvement of the key business processes. 

Brief description of Scope of Work 

The Business Diagnostic Consultancy Service is expected to provide a comprehensive assessment of EPC Africa Group, including its subsidiary companies (the “Group) with an overall aim of providing the Group with a base scale from which it will seek to drive efficiency in its operating mode, improve on its control environment to a professional level including standardization of procedures across the entire Group. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference. 

EPC Africa Group hereby invites proposals from eligible firms specialized in the field to submit their proposals for conducting a Business diagnostic Services for EPC Africa Group.

Interested consulting firms can obtain the Request for Proposal (RFP) upon presentation of the proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 10,000) payable to the Account No. 00255-06936347-65 opened up in the Bank of Kigali Plc in the name of Afrilott Ltd.

Well printed proposals, properly bound and presented in two copies, one of which is the original, must be hand-delivered in a sealed envelope marking the reference number and title of the tender must be submitted to the reception of the address above by 9^th June 2023 at 11:30am local time. Consultants shall separate Technical Proposal from Financial Proposal and submit them in separate envelopes.
