The African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) has been allocated grant funds (the “Grant”) to support Enhancing Community-Based Ecological Monitoring in Volcanoes National Park and intends to apply the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued.

AWF now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called “Services”):Baseline Assessment for Enhancing Community-Based Ecological Monitoring in Volcanoes National Park. More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (Section 7).

A firm will be selected under Quality and Cost Based Selection procedures and in a Full Technical Proposal (FTP) format as described in this RFP
