Call for applications: consulting services to assess and enhance entrepreneurship support services for MSMEs in Rwanda
We are seeking experienced consultant(s) or consulting firms with a deep understanding of entrepreneurship support services to conduct a comprehensive assessment for the Private Sector Federation (PSF). This initiative aims to evaluate and enhance the support services offered to Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) by PSF, focusing on identifying areas for improvement to better meet the needs of PSF members.
Your mission:
Evaluate the current entrepreneurship support services provided by PSF in Rwandan ecosystem.
Assess the effectiveness of these services in supporting MSMEs to become investment-ready.
Identify gaps and propose actionable improvements to better serve the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
