Engen Rwanda Ltd is part of Engen Petroleum Group, a leading African-based energy group focused on the refining and marketing of petroleum and petroleum-based products, and the provision of retail convenience services, through an extensive network of service stations across Sub-Saharan Africa. The Company operates a retail network of more than 20 petrol stations throughout the Country as well as several commercial installations at customers’ sites, providing a wide range of fuel, lubricants, chemicals and Fuel Via Engen 1 card.

ENGEN Rwanda Ltd is looking for experiences professionals to fill the following position:

Convenience Specialist

Reporting to: Retail Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, achieve targets, represent the Engen Brand and maintain effective relations with commercial customers at all levels.
  
• Monitoring and ensure compliance with standards and security rules.
  

Qualification and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, or related disciplines.
  
• Should have at least 5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.
  
• Good communication and networking skills.
  
• Ability to work in fast paced environment and provide good customer service.
  
• Driving license category B with at least 2 years’ driving experience.
  
• High level of Proficiency in English
  
• A good knowledge of the Petroleum Industry would be an advantage
