Data Management Officer - North
Level:4.IV
Job description
The Data Management Officer will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing procedures for effective data management.
• Overseeing and managing data managers in the daily use of data systems.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate information and data systems that could affect analytical results.
• Assessing system performance and making recommendations for software, hardware, and data storage improvements.
• Managing all incoming data files.
• Formulating techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
• Devising and implementing efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects
• Establishing rules and procedures for data sharing with upper management, external stakeholders etc.
• Supporting others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal standards
• Assisting with reports and data extraction when needed
• Ensuring digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses
• Troubleshooting data-related problems and authorizing maintenance or modifications

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics
3 Years of relevant experience
• Master's Degree in Data Sciences
3 Years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics
3 Years of relevant experience
