The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Procurement Officer of the National Post Office located at Muhima Tel.+250 0787058818 from the date mentioned on the table above, upon presentation of proof of payment of nonrefundable amount equal to ten thousand Rwandan francs (Rwf 10,000), on the account N° 00040-00045362-96 of the National Post Office opened at Bank of Kigali (BK).

The dates of a compulsory visit for Provision of Design Services is mentioned in the table above.

Tenders will be submitted to the Director General of the National Post Office on the dates and time mentioned in the table above Late bids will be rejected.

The bids opening session will take place at National Post Office Board room representatives.
