The Rwanda Medical and Dental Council is seeking a Consultant/Consulting firm to develop the protocol on Medical Certification of Cause of Death (MCCOD) for the Association of Medical Councils of Africa (AMCOA)". The consultant must be a company or an individual holding a certificate of registration experienced in the field of protocol development. Proof of previous similar services and client references must be provided.
The Rwanda Medical and Dental Council hereby invites all qualified enterprises and companies specialized in protocol development to participate on open and equal conditions to the tender of the "Development of the protocol on Medical Certification of Cause of Death (MCCOD) for the Association of Medical Councils of Africa (AMCOA)"

The submission of bids will be done through RMDC's normal procurement system by submitting required documents to the Secretariat of Rwanda Medical and Dental Council at the following address: Rwanda Medical and Dental Council Gasabo District, Remera Sector P.O Box: 7496 KIGALI KG Plot Number 24, Street 169
E-mail: info@rmderw The bidding documents for the tender to develop the above-mentioned protocol may be obtained from the Rwanda Medical and Council (RMDC) secretariat during working hours from 12 July 2022 upon payment of the non-refundable fee of 10,000Frw on account number No.00040-0028240167 of RMDC, open in Bank of Kigali

Well-printed and properly bound proposals (one original and two copies) presented in an envelope showing the nature of the related offer and the bidder's name must be submitted to the RMDC secretariat in a sealed envelope, no later than July 27, 2022 at 10:00 AM local time.
The opening of the technical proposal will take place the same day at 10:30 Am local time in the meeting room of the RMDC, in presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to witness the public bids opening session Successful bidders will be asked to submit financial proposals.
The Consultant/Consulting firm is expected to deliver the final version of the protocol within thirty (30) days after the signing of the contract.
