The Albertine Rift Conservation Society (ARCOS) invites qualified companies or individuals to submit proposals in response to two calls for proposals:

Re-advertisement for Development of the Business Model for ARCOS Value Chain Products

This tendering process is open to all eligible bidders under equal and fair conditions.

Interested bidders may obtain the tender documents from the ARCOS Head Office, located at KN 14 AV, No. 47, Kimihurura, Kigali. Alternatively, a complete set of bidding documents in English can be requested via email, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 RWF).

Tender documents will be available for collection during working hours from 29th May to 11th June 2025, until 5:00 PM.

All bids must be submitted in English and include both technical and financial proposals. Submissions must be properly bound, presented in two copies (original and copy), and sealed in clearly marked envelopes. Bids should be delivered to the ARCOS Head Office no later than:

Submission Deadline: 18th June 2025 at 3:00 PM
Tender Opening: 18th June 2025 at 3:30 PM, at the same location.
