Quotation should be accompanied by the following:
1. Application letter, signed and stamped by an authorized representative of the bidder addressed to National Coordinator of ADEPE
2. Company Registration Certificate
3. VAT registration Certificate
4. Proof of using EBM invoice
5. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate(any bidder with tax arrears will not be considered)
6. Provide at least 2 references for similar deliveries done in the recent 5 years
Note: Any bid missing the above documents will be automatically disqualified.
Evaluation Criteria:
• Price: 60%
• Delivery: 20%
• Warranty: 20%

Installation The supplier is responsible to install the delivered devices and should be in good condition .

Details On Warranty : Supplier Must Provide The Devices With A Given Warranty

General Terms And Conditions Unless otherwise requested, quote on each item separately. Quotations should clearly state unit price and total price. Quotations must be typewritten or in ink and submitted on company letterhead.
ADEPE reserves the right to a) reject any and all offers, in whole or in part, for any exaggerated/ overstated price , b) ignore immaterial requirements, and c) follow purchasing in a manner that is in the best interest of ADEPE.
d)ADEPE has right to reject any items delivered with some damaged parties

The question(s) and response(s) will be sent to all vendors who have requested the RFQ documents. Late quotes will not be accepted or considered.
