JOB DETAILS:
• The Director of Human Resources Department will take lead of the HR Management, HR Operations, and Learning/Training & Development functions and to ensure that the Company is provided with sufficient numbers of appropriately competent and motivated staff to accomplish the strategic objectives of the organization.

Educational Requirements:
• Master's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, organisational/occupational psychology with experience of at least eight (8) years in Human resource Management and/or labour relations and 5 of which should be at a senior Management role
• OR
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, organisational/occupational psychology with experience of at least ten (10) years in Human resource Management and/or labor relations and 5 of which should be at a senior Management role
• Possession of a relevant HR professional qualification is an added advantage
