IPRC Ngoma
The Integrated Polytechnic Regional College (IPRC Ngoma) is one of the Colleges of the Rwanda Polytechnic Higher Learning Institution (RP) and has been in existence since November 14,2012 when it was established as the Integrated Polytechnic Regional Centre East (IPRC East). The then IPRC East acted as the base of the Workforce Development Authority (WDA) in the Eastern Province.

JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
• Prepare in consultation with other stakeholdersthe strategicplan and programs of the IPRC Ngoma;
• Prepare in consultation with other IPRC Departments the action Plan and ensure its monitoring and evaluation.
• Establish useful data base for the development of policies, strategies and action plan;
• Participate in the IPRC budgeting process
• Use and evaluate the input of statisticaldata within the development of action plans Consolidate activity reportsfor the IPRC Ngoma
Job Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Development Studies, Project Management, Strategic Management, Business Administration with at least 3 years of working experience, or Masters Degree in Economics, Management, Development Studies, Project Management, Strategic Management, Business Administration

• Knowledge in planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, project planning, project proposal writing, project management, research and data analysis, reporting, budgeting
